With more than 20 years of experience in Air Traffic Control, Safety Management Systems, Search and Rescue, Human Resources development, aviation meteorology, and regulatory oversight, AVAC’s instructors bring a collective depth of expertise built across the Department of Civil Aviation Malaysia, CAAM, the Royal Malaysian Air Force, and international bodies including International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the International Maritime Organization (IMO). Many have progressed from frontline control into senior leadership, safety investigation, and ICAO Safety Oversight Auditing roles, while others specialise in maritime Search and Rescue, meteorology, and instructional training as certified trainers and Air Traffic Control Examiners.
