Objective
The IPMC course aims to equip aviation subject matter experts with the knowledge and skills to deliver effective classroom and simulator-based training. Participants will learn the qualities of a good instructor, how to plan and conduct training using active learning principles, apply questioning and feedback techniques, and assess trainees effectively. They will also gain familiarity with AvAC’s Quality Management System, course administration, and examination procedures to meet AvAC’s instructional standards.
