Objective
To ensure that trainees can apply operational procedures to deliver a safe, orderly, and expeditious air traffic control service in accordance with CAD 1101 (ICAO Doc 4444 – Air Traffic Management). Through structured lectures, guided learning activities, and simulator exercises, trainees are expected to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the topics outlined in ICAO Annex 1 (CAD 1) Personnel Licensing, meeting the standards set by Malaysia’s ATS State Regulatory Authority. Ultimately, the course prepares trainees for a seamless transition to On-the-Job Training (OJT), leading to the attainment of an ATC License/Certificate with an Approach Control Procedural rating.
