Objective
Trainees will understand the ICAO Safety Management regulatory framework, the importance of a positive safety culture, and how to identify hazards and assess risks. They will be equipped to set safety policies, manage safety risks, evaluate performance through safety assurance, and drive continuous improvement — all in line with ICAO Annex 19 and ICAO Doc 9859 standards.
